Our landmark co-investment in 2014 with Malaysian listed company, Eastern and Oriental Berhad, is for the acquisition and development of ESCA House, the historic headquarters of the Electrical Contractors Association in London. The project is a Zone 1 prime residential re-development opportunity on the Bayswater Notting Hill border, next to Hyde Park. The development consists of 27 high end apartments in this new build purpose built block, with the benefit of lateral space, concierge and private parking. Planning permission has been granted for the demolition and redevelopment of the existing building.
